Our Mission
To be the machining partner our customers do not have to double-check — delivering dimensionally correct parts, documented, on the promised date, at a price that stays competitive over a multi-year contract.
Guru Engineering Industries is a family-run precision machining business. We are engineers first — which means we read your drawing properly, argue about the tolerance stack if we must, and then build the process that holds it.
Our customers come to us with components that have thin walls, deep bores, awkward datums or a finish requirement that the last supplier could not hold. We take those jobs because solving them is what has grown this business for sixteen years.
Today we run CNC turning centres, vertical machining centres, a tool room and a metrology lab out of a 15,000 sq.ft. facility, supplying automotive, hydraulics, defence and general engineering customers.
To be the machining partner our customers do not have to double-check — delivering dimensionally correct parts, documented, on the promised date, at a price that stays competitive over a multi-year contract.
To grow into a fully automated, data-driven precision manufacturing unit — where every spindle hour, every dimension and every dispatch is measured, so quality is a system and not a person.
A drawing tolerance is a promise. We tool, fixture and inspect so that the promise holds on the 1st piece and the 1000th.
If a feature is not manufacturable at your price or date, you hear it at RFQ stage — not after the PO.
A rejection is ours to fix. Root cause, corrective action, and a revised control plan — documented and shared.
Operators are trained on metrology and programming, not just machine loading. Better hands, better parts.
Every investment we have made has gone into the same thing — holding tighter tolerances, more consistently, at higher volume.
Started as a two-lathe job shop serving local pump and valve manufacturers.
Moved from conventional to CNC, opening the door to tighter tolerances and repeat batches.
Vertical machining centre and in-house fixture design brought prismatic parts in-house.
CMM, profile projector and calibrated instruments; full PDIR with every lot became standard.
Shifted to a purpose-built unit with dedicated inspection, wash and packing bays.
Bar feeders, pallet changers and a second shift to support annual rate contracts.
We maintain the records your quality team will ask for — before they ask.
Operating to an ISO 9001-aligned quality management system with documented control plans, calibration schedules and internal audits.
Every lot is procured against a mill test certificate and tracked by heat number from goods-inward to dispatch.
GST registered, Udyam (MSME) registered, and compliant with factory, labour and environmental norms applicable to our unit.
Replace this section with your actual certificate numbers and scanned copies.
Send us your 2D/3D drawing with material and tolerance details — our team reverts with feasibility, lead time and pricing.
