A family-run business in its second generation — decisions are made by people who have stood at the machine, not just at the desk.
Founded the company in 2009 with two conventional lathes. Today drives overall strategy, key customer relationships and capital investment in the machine shop.
Runs the business end to end — capacity planning, the annual rate-contract book, vendor development and P&L accountability.
Owns the shop floor: production scheduling, manpower deployment, machine utilisation and the on-time delivery number.
No routing through a common number. Each function has a named owner with a direct line — whether it is a quotation, a quality query or a payment follow-up.
Day-to-day scheduling across turning and milling cells, setup approvals and shift-wise output tracking.
Owns the metrology lab, first-article approvals, PDIR sign-off, calibration schedule and customer complaint closure.
Handles invoicing, GST compliance, payment follow-up, vendor settlements and statutory filings.
First point of contact for enquiries — RFQ handling, costing, order confirmation and delivery commitments.
Raw material procurement against test certificates, tooling inventory, heat-number traceability and stores discipline.
Recruitment, operator skill development, statutory labour compliance, safety training and facility administration.
Our operators average over eight years of experience. We train them on metrology and programming — not just machine loading — because a setter who understands the drawing catches a problem before the inspector does.
We hire CNC operators, programmers and quality inspectors through the year, and take ITI and diploma apprentices every intake.
Every new joiner goes through a machine-safety induction before touching a spindle. Refresher training runs quarterly, and PPE is mandatory across the shop floor.
Operators are cross-trained across turning and milling cells, and the better ones are moved onto programming. Internal promotion is how most of our setters got there.
