CNC Turning
Our turning cell handles everything from ø6 mm pins to ø320 mm flanges. Live tooling and C-axis capability let us complete cross-holes, flats and slots in a single setup — fewer setups means less stack-up error and a lower piece price.
- Bar work up to ø65 mm with auto bar feed
- Chucking work up to ø320 mm
- Live tooling, C-axis, driven tools
- Threading, grooving, deep boring
- Materials: MS, EN series, SS 304/316, aluminium, brass, cast iron

VMC / CNC Milling
Vertical machining centres with 3-axis and 4-axis capability for housings, manifolds, brackets, plates and die components. Fixture design happens in-house, so even irregular castings get a repeatable, rigid hold.
- Table size up to 1000 × 500 mm
- 4th-axis rotary indexing
- Face milling, pocketing, 3D contouring
- Drilling, reaming, tapping M3 – M24
- Machining of castings, forgings and plate stock
Key parameters
- Positional accuracy
- ±0.01 mm
- Flatness
- 0.02 mm / 300 mm
- Spindle speed
- 8,000 rpm
- Tool magazine
- 20 stations
Jigs, Fixtures & Special Tooling
A part is only as repeatable as the fixture holding it. We design and build workholding, checking gauges, press tools and assembly fixtures — for our own shop floor and for customers who want them for theirs.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic clamping fixtures
- Go / no-go and functional check gauges
- Press tools and forming dies
- Assembly and welding fixtures
- Poka-yoke features designed in
Key parameters
- Design software
- CAD 2D / 3D
- Hardened components
- 58 – 62 HRC
- Typical build time
- 2 – 5 weeks
- Validation
- Capability study
Quality & Metrology
Our inspection room is temperature controlled and separate from the shop floor. Instruments are on a calibration schedule, and every batch ships with a pre-dispatch inspection report.
- CMM for dimensional and GD&T verification
- Profile projector, height gauge, bore gauges
- Surface roughness tester
- Hardness testing and material verification
- In-process checks at defined frequency
Key parameters
- CMM accuracy
- 3.5 µm
- Calibration
- NABL traceable
- Reporting
- PDIR per lot
- Sampling
- 100% or AQL 1.0
Prototyping & New Product Development
Send us a concept and we will machine a working piece — usually within a week. More importantly, you get engineering feedback on what will make the part cheaper and more manufacturable at volume.
- Single-piece and low-volume prototypes
- Design-for-manufacturing review
- Material and process selection support
- Pilot lot for validation trials
- Smooth handover into series production
Key parameters
- Prototype lead time
- 5 – 10 days
- Min. quantity
- 1 piece
- DFM report
- Included
- Pilot lot
- 25 – 200 pcs
Contract & Series Manufacturing
For customers with steady annual volumes we run rate contracts — fixed pricing, reserved capacity, scheduled releases and kitted deliveries straight to your assembly line.
- Annual rate contracts with locked pricing
- Reserved machine capacity
- Scheduled / JIT dispatch
- Kitting and sub-assembly
- Consignment and buffer stock options
Key parameters
- Contract term
- 1 – 3 years
- Delivery
- Weekly / monthly
- On-time record
- 98.6 %
- Capacity

Frequently asked
There is none for prototypes — we regularly machine single pieces. For series production, pricing becomes competitive from around 25 pieces onward, depending on setup complexity.
For a clear 2D/3D drawing with material and tolerance details, we revert within 24 working hours. Complex assemblies or parts needing new tooling may take 2–3 days.
Mild steel, EN8/EN19/EN24/EN31, stainless steel 304/316/410, aluminium 6061/6082, brass, bronze, cast iron and common engineering plastics. Exotic alloys on request.
Yes — through approved vendors we arrange hard chrome, black oxide, zinc and phosphate plating, anodising, heat treatment, induction hardening and powder coating, with certificates.
A pre-dispatch inspection report (PDIR) with actual measured values on critical dimensions, plus material test certificates and any treatment certificates for the lot.
Yes. We sign NDAs as a matter of routine and keep customer drawings on restricted access. We never use customer designs for any other account.
